This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through bisonadventure.co.za.
1. Delivery Areas
Bison Adventure currently delivers within South Africa only.
We do not offer international shipping at this stage.
2. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders by the next business day where possible.
Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, promotions, stock delays, or courier disruptions, processing times may take longer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, nationwide courier delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, public holidays, weather, stock availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order value, delivery address, and available shipping options.
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over R800, as displayed on our website or at checkout.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched and is on the move.
Please allow time for the courier’s tracking system to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.
Bison Adventure is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information supplied at checkout.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Additional courier fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Collection or Pickup
Where pickup is available at checkout, orders may be collected from the selected Bison Adventure pickup location once you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Please do not arrive for collection before receiving confirmation.
9. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe an item is missing from your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product.
We will review the issue and assist with the next steps.
