Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your Bison Adventure purchase.
Unwanted Products
You may return an unwanted product within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

unused;
-
undamaged;
-
in its original condition; and
-
returned with all original labels, stickers, tags and packaging attached.
Return courier costs for unwanted products are for the customer’s account. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange, provided the return meets the above requirements.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Where a product is confirmed to be defective or covered by warranty, we will assist with a repair, replacement, exchange or refund in line with the applicable warranty and South African consumer law.
Warranty
Bison Adventure products include warranty coverage for your peace of mind. Warranty claims are assessed based on the product, the issue reported, and whether the product has been used as intended.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect use, or unauthorised modifications.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or warranty assessment, please contact us through our website contact form with your order number, contact details, reason for return, and any supporting photos where relevant.
Please do not send products back before your return has been approved.
