Bison Adventure sells outdoor, travel and lifestyle products, including coolers, flasks, cups, bottles, accessories and gift cards.

Our online store is operated in South Africa and transactions are processed in South African Rand.

2. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, availability and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, product colours, finishes and details may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment, and acceptance by Bison Adventure. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including where there has been an error in pricing, availability, or product information.

Prices are listed in South African Rand and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Discounts and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

Bison Adventure aims to dispatch orders by the next business day where possible. Nationwide courier delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders, as displayed on our website or at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns, exchanges and warranty claims are handled in line with our Returns Policy.

Unwanted products may be returned if they are unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and have all original labels, stickers, tags and packaging attached.

Bison Adventure products include warranty coverage for your peace of mind. Warranty claims are assessed based on the product, the issue reported, and whether the product has been used as intended.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase on our website. Gift cards may be used only for purchases from Bison Adventure and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Gift cards are valid for at least 3 years from the date of issue, unless fully redeemed earlier or unless a longer validity period is stated.

Bison Adventure is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards.

7. Use of the Website

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
